People when they are out in the hot sun, they prefer drinking chilled water during thirst. They never know how harmful it is. In the later stage they might face many problems such as tonsillitis, fever, throat infection, ear problems, Cancer, gum damage, tooth loss and many more. It is a wrong notion that only when we are thirsty we should drink water. We should keep a jar full of water near us, so that we will drink very often. It is good for dehydration. Water plays major role in maintaining fitness and controlling obesity. It also improves blood circulation to a great extent. One should sip and drink water. Otherwise it's not that good for the ears. Water keeps skin glowing and nourishes hair. It also helps in digestion. It is preferred to have one fourth of water, one fourth of food and the remaining of air in our stomach. Water also reduces the body heat as well as hypertension. Water added with curd i.e., buttermilk along with little salt, if taken daily, cures piles and gives an awesome effect to our body. Those who have heart, lungs or kidney problems must drink excessive amount of water.
