Win or Lose

Posted by By Sylvia White on: 2005-06-22 00:20:48

Are you a risk taker or do you prefer the straight and steady path?

If you are the straight and steady guy then stay away from business on the web because although the majority of them are legit you will always find the scams in between hoping to make a quick buck, then they disappear from the scene completely. Until next time that is.

If you are a risk taker like me ! then go ahead and get started. What can you lose?

In most cases it is just a matter of thirty or forty dollars, not a fortune, but to many people money they can't afford to throw away.

So how can you tell which programs are legit and which are the scams? You can't, that is the problem.

Always do a search on the internet, If the business is in the first few pages of the search it usually means they have been around for a while as it requires good SE or a linking program to reach that position.

The scams never reach the top listings they are not on the web long enough.

Beware of programs that promise thousands with in a week or ten days, unless the website owner is a millionaire and is going to pay you out of his own pocket then you have not got a hope.

Investment type programs are risky, but so is the lottery! If your a gambler why not take a chance you can win or lose. You usually start with a one off payment then it is hoped you invest again out of your profit, if you do this wisely and just reinvest part of your profit you could end up with money to burn, but if you get greedy and and lay it all out in the hope of making a killing you could lose all as these programs usually have a ceiling and once it is reached the money dries up.

It is better to jump in at the start with investment type programs, don't hang around to see how it performs, it is always the end of the queue that loses out. They can go on for months so you have every chance of making a decent profit from them.

Even an MLM is a risk because if you have no idea how to get sign ups to create a down line then your business will fail. They are possibly more of a risk as you pay a monthly payment and unless you create that down line with paying affiliates you will receive nothing in return.

No program is FREE unless you create your own, so be prepared to to spend money, to make money,

Its as simple as that.
