Google's New World Order . . . The Headlines Read,

Posted by Rich Brunelle on: 2005-09-07 00:49:33

Doesn’t that title/headline scare you? I know it does me. Because, that’s what it is soon becoming. We already build our web sites for the major search engines. They dictate how we build our web sites, the content written to our pages, who we can and can’t share linkage with, and even how we sell our products. It is a NEW WORLD ORDER!

Can anybody tell me how many web sites are in the top search engine rankings, which do not pay to be there? Can anybody tell me how many web sites are in the top search engine rankings, which haven’t spent a small fortune getting there? Can anybody tell me how many free listed sites actually reach high ranking with any of the major search engines?

Do you know the answers? Let me spell it out for you, Z-E-R-O, N-O-N-E, N-A-D-A, Z-I-P, and you get the point. Remember the answer; there may be a test later.

You feel like cheering, “My site is listed in Google!” Why don’t you just hang a sign around your neck, “SHEEP?”

Do you really think the site ranking highest for any product or service, on any search engine is the best deal to be found? I mean, do you really? Has it not occurred to you to skip the higher ranked pages and see what is beneath?

More often than not, higher ranked pages do not provide anything superior to lower ranked pages. And because we the Internet Sheep flock to these sites by the herd, more often these sites also do not provide the best deal either. Most of us are simply throwing away good money because we are too lazy to shop around below the first three pages.

Look around you. How many GOOGLE JUNKIES do you know? You know who I am talking about. The people that spend more money per week on search engine optimization, than on groceries for their children. The people that hire groups of people, later discovered to be Google Junkies, to do the search engines bidding. If you think you don’t know of any, just be observant. You can not miss them. They are the sheep making the New World Order possible.

“Who’s your DADDY? Google!
