Windows Task manager is a powerful tools that provides information about program and processes running on your computer .you can use task manager to monitor,terminate,access programs that are currently running.you can also,view graphs on CPU and memory usage and denote some data. In addition,if you are connecting to a network you can see how is your network worksby viewing status information according to that.Also,if you have more than one user connecting to your machineyou can know hwo is connecting to network ,what he/she working,and send message for them. Quick Access: The most common way to access Task Manager is pressing Ctrl>Alt>Delete,it will bring the Task Manager dialog box. Here are some other methods to quick access to Task Manager: 1.Press Ctrl>Alt>Delete. 2.Press Ctrl>Shift>Esc. 3.Right click task bar,select task manager . 4.Greate a shortcut: * Right click on desktop. * Select New>Shortcut. * Type Taskmgr.exe in the text box. * Next,then press Finish. * Try the new icon. The Five Tabs: 1.The Application Tab:Shows all the application you are currently running. By this tab you can: 1.End Task. 2.switch task. 3.new task. This tab also shows the application you are running and it`s status. 2.The Proccess Tab:This tab give more details information maintain about the process that is running currently on your computer it displays: * The user account under which the process is running. * CPU usage. * Memory usage by the process. * End process option. * Page faults When you select process tab four columns will appear. 3.The Performance Tab:This tab displays CPU,memory usage and other counters,such as nnumbers of handles,threads,and processes. 4.The Networking Tab:It provides simple graphical representation for your network adapter.to view quiality and availability of your connection.with this tab flexibility you can add additional option by selecting the select columns option. 5.The User Tab:displays all users who is currently logged on your machine.
