A person can market almost anything on Ebay. It requires a computer with Internet access and basic computer knowledge, along with knowledge of the products that are for sale.

A home-based sewing business is another great venture. If you have sewing skills in this day and age, your business will be in demand. There is becoming quite a shortage on people who have these kinds of skills. One option is to create your own line of clothing, blankets and accessories and offer them for sale. A bookkeeping, tax and accounting business from your home could be a profitable home based business, as well. There is little start up cost to this work at home venture. Obviously, one must have accounting skills to be successful and a computer is almost a must. This is a very high demand service.

So as you can see, there are many opportunities for work at home/home-based businesses for people who are in the market for that type of work.
